Cancellation policy

For cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the Ultimate ATV Tour in Pattaya: 50% refund of the total deposit, or 90% refund of the total cost.

Cancellations made from 2 to 14 days prior to the Ultimate ATV Tour in Pattaya: No refund of the deposit, or 80% refund of the total cost.

For cancellations made less than 2 days prior to the Ultimate ATV Tour in Pattaya: No refund.

In case of no show: No refund.

If the tour operator cancels the tour for any reason: Full refund.

All refunds will be processed after deducting a transaction fee. Please check with us what this fee will be for this trip.

Rules on trip

Consumption of alcohol, drugs or tobacco products like cigarettes is strictly prohibited during the trip.

Travellers are required to follow instructions of the tour leader during the trip.

Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing general disturbance.

Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions

ATV rides in Pattaya take place twice a day during the morning session and afternoon session. Pick-up and drop-off timings vary according to your selected session. Timings are approximate and subject to delays.

For the morning session, you'll be picked-up from your hotel in Pattaya by 09:00 hrs.

For the afternoon session, you'll be picked-up from your hotel in Pattaya by 14:30 hrs.

Travellers from outside Thailand are requested to carry enough cash in the local currency to cover any incidental and personal expenses.

All prices displayed are subject to fluctuations based on international currency exchange rates at the time of booking. Accordingly, prices may be subject to a foreign currency premium/discount at the time of booking.

Although the minimum age limit for ATV riders is 15, participants below 15 years of age can ride the ATV's as passengers at a cost of INR 4450

A deposit of 20% of the total cost or the full cost of the tour is required at the time of the booking.
