Located in the Phang Nga province of Thailand, Wat Bang Riang is an ancient Buddhist Temple that stands on top of the Khao Lan Mountain. While the temple has become a coveted spot among tourists owing to its intricate interiors and religious significance, the route that leads up to the temple is absolutely beautiful. Surrounded by a thick layer of vegetation, you’ll pass through a lush jungle infested with a whole range of gorgeous native animal and plant species. Moreoever, you’ll also catch sight of impressing cliffs that surround this pathway.
As your journey progresses, you’ll move on to the Ban Bor Thor region, which is famous for its mangrove and ancient cave ridden river. During this journey you’ll navigate through thick mangroves spotting native blue mangrove crabs and monkey amongst other bird species. Besides this you’ll also sail to the primtive Toe Cave.

Be ready at your hotel in Ao Nang by 09:45 hrs for a pick-up. Once you're picked up you'll travel to Wat Bang Riang region for a whole day of fun. Starting with a small hike to the Wat Bang Riang temple on top of the Khao Lan mountain, you'll pass through some stunning landscapes while catching breathtaking views of Krabi's imposing cliffs. Post the temple visit, you'll then travel to the Tha Sai restaurant for a delicious seafood lunch. The next stop is at Ban Bor Thor, where you'll sail on a long tail boat through Phang Nga's gorgeous mangroves and nearby caves. En route your journey you'll catch sight of mangrove crabs, monkeys and different bird and fish species native to this region. Once you sail through the caves, you'll find primitive cave paintings of more than 3000 years old, especially in the Tee Cave. Your adventure day will conclude at the end of this journey, after which you'll be dropped back to your hotel by 18:00 hrs. Your trip ends here.
