Cancellation policy
For cancellations made 30 days before the departure date: 75% of the trip cost will be refunded.
For cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the departure date: 50% of the trip cost will be refunded.
For cancellations made 0-15 days before the departure date: No refund.
In case of no show: No refund.
All refunds will be processed after deducting a transaction fee of INR 200 per person. This fee is charged by The Great Next
Rules on trip
Please carry identity proof at the time of check-in at the hotel and when boarding the ferries. Passport, driving license, Voter ID card, Aadhar Card or any other ID cards except PAN Card, issued by the Govt of India will be accepted as identity proof.
The tour guide has the right to stop you from participating in any water/adventure activities in case he finds you under the influence of alcohol or any kind of drugs.
Travellers are requested to treat local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing any disturbance.
Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions
The hotels mentioned in the package are subject to availability. If unavailable, you will be provided with rooms in similar hotels.
Check-in and check-out time on each day will be as per the hotelโs policy.
Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions and technical operation. If the ferry is cancelled for reasons beyond the operator's control, you will have to make alternate arrangements. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Ferry tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking. This package includes base category ferry tickets. If this is unavailable, the next higher category tickets will be booked. The traveller will be required to pay the difference in the ticket price.
All water activities, trips, excursions are subject to weather conditions.
Please note that due to unforeseen weather conditions or govt restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. No refund will be provided in such cases.
When planning your trip, please note that some spots in the city are closed on Mondays. Ross Island is closed on Wednesdays. Baratang Island, Jolly Bouy and Red Skin are closed on Mondays.
BSNL is the only decent service provider in Andamans. Other service providers may have poor to zero network connections. Please download areas of Andamans from Google Maps for navigation.
The trip cost has been calculated at the current rate of taxes and may change as per the changes in the tax structure. Traveller will bear the additional cost incurred due to the hike.
Citizens of Afghanistan, China, Pakistan, foreign nationals of Pakistani origin, foreign diplomats, members of the UN, International organizations holding diplomatic/official passports and journalist, conference/research visa holders will not be issued RAP without the approval of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India, prior to the entry in Andamans.
Promoting tribal-tourism in the reserved areas of Andaman and Nicobar Islands is prohibited by law. Tourists are not allowed to enter the indigenous tribes of the Andaman Islands or their reserved areas. The operator does neither sell nor implement any itineraries in any of these areas.
This package is not valid between December 15 to January 15. The trip cost will change during the peak season. If you wish to book during this time, please get in touch with us.
The tour operator takes utmost care to ensure the safety of travellers and shall not be held responsible for any mishap or accident on this Andaman tour.
Travellers will be required to bear any additional costs arising due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, roadblocks, etc.
