    Hot Air Ballooning in Goa

    A perfect blend of Indian and Portuguese cultures, topped with adventure sports, sun, sand and seafood, there's nowhere in India quite like Goa. It takes on a whole new beauty when you can fly over it, looking down from a hot air balloon that floats through the skies. You'll spend one hour while ballooning over Goa, suspended in a spacious basket, watching the sun come up over the trees.

    NOTE: Ballooning flights are only available in the mornings, and your reporting time will be before sunrise. A minimum of 2 paying adults is required to make a booking.

    Destination

    You'll be taking off from a site near Chandor, a village that lies along the bank of the Kushawati river in South Goa. This inland location offers you plenty of great photo opportunities as the sun rises over the greenery and the morning mists begin to clear. While you won't be flying over the sea, you'll be floating over the river that winds through the palm trees below. You'll see people going about their daily lives, and the warm Goan sun starting to climb higher. You can take photographs, look around in awe as the horizon stretches out in front of you, and then finally it's time to land.

    Fly up to 2500 feet high over the landscape of South Goa. | Catch views of the lesser-seen Goa as the sun rises over the fields and rivers. | Watch the entire process of inflating the balloon and taking off (and help out, if you like).

    Cancellation policy

    For cancellations made up to 24 hrs before the departure of the hot air ballooning trip in Goa: No refund.

    For cancellations made 2-5 days before the departure of the hot air ballooning trip in Goa: 25% of the total cost will be refunded.

    For cancellations made 6-10 days before the departure of the hot air ballooning trip in Goa: 50% of the total cost will be refunded.

    For cancellations made 10 days or more before the departure of the hot air ballooning trip in Goa: 75% of the total cost will be refunded.

    If the operator has to cancel a flight due to weather or wind conditions, customers will receive a full refund.

    Rules on trip

    Children must be accompanied by adults.

    Pets are not allowed.

    Participants must adhere to the instructions of the pilot at all times.

    Consumption of alcoholic beverages/ drugs is not permitted before or during the hot air ballooning trip in Goa.

    Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions

    If you have vertigo, are currently pregnant, or cannot stand for at least an hour at a stretch, you cannot book this hot air ballooning trip in Goa. If you have any existing medical conditions, you should check with your doctor before booking.

    Child rate: INR 6000 per child between 4-9 years. Child rate only applies when the child is accompanied by two paying adults.

    All flight timings are approximate and are subject to weather and wind conditions. Please do plan to spend at least 3-4 hours.
