If you want, you can help out as well. After a safety briefing, you'll climb aboard. The balloon takes off slowly and floats into the sky, so you can witness the beautiful sunrise over Jaipur city. Through your one hour hot air ballooning ride, you will get a view of Jaipur which is unlike any you have ever seen before, with the dawn tinting the sky and lakes and mountains below you. You'll enjoy a 45-60 minute flight, and then will begin the landing process. Once you touchdown, the pick-up vehicle will be waiting to drop you off back to the end point. If the hot air ballooning ride in Jaipur is cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions, or operational or regulatory issues, you will NOT receive a refund, but can reschedule the flight for another available date within a one year period from the date of purchase.

For cancellations made by the customer 15 days or more before the departure of the hot air balloon ride in Jaipur: The full ticket cost will be refunded, minus any transaction charges.
No cancellations are allowed 0-15 days before the flight date, but you can reschdule your flight. All flight rescheduling must be done 5 days or more before the departure date, or it will be treated as a cancellation. No refunds will be made in this case.
