Cancellation policy
For cancellations made 15 days or more before the departure of hot air ballooning in Lonavala: 100% refund.
For cancellations made 3-14 days before the departure of hot air ballooning in Lonavala: 75% refund.
For cancellations made less than 3 days before departure of hot air ballooning in Lonavala: no refund.
In case of no show: no refund.
For bookings cancelled due to bad weather, travellers can opt for a 100% refund or reschedule the flight to another available date.
All refunds will be processed after deducting a transaction fee of INR 200 per person. This fee is charged by The Great Next.
Rules on trip
Travellers are required to follow instructions of the tour guide while hot air ballooning in Lonavala.
Consumption of alcohol, drugs, tobacco products and cigarettes is strictly prohibited during the activity.
Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing general disturbance.
Travellers are allowed to carry small backpacks and handbags only. Extra luggage will be allowed only at the discretion of the tour operator.
Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions
Bookings for children under the age of 5 are not charged. Bookings for children aged 5-12 years is charged at a discounted price of INR 10300 per child. Bookings for children older than 12 years is charged at full price. Children under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by adults.
The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or alter the itinerary of the hot air ballooning in Lonavala to ensure maximum safety for travellers as well as staff.
Travellers will be required to bear any additional costs arising due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, natural calamities etc.
