Manali can be reached via air, from the Bhuntar airport (50 minutes away). It can also be reached by road from New Delhi, Leh, Shimla etc.
Embark on this trek to Bhrigu lake. The famous sage Bhrigu is said to have visited this lake to meditate, and when you visit, you'll see why. The lake is surrounded by snowy peaks and fed by glaciers, and all you'll hear here is the rippling of the cool, clear water and the occasional mountain bird flying by.
This trek to Bhrigu Lake takes you through alpine forests and green meadows. En route, you'll get views of the Deo Tibba and Hanuman Tibba peaks, as well as the beautiful Seven Sister peaks. And at the end of your 3 day adventure, you’ll also get a chance to experience the famous hot sulphur springs at Vashisht.
The glistening Bhrigu Lake lies at an elevation of 14,100 feet in the upper Kullu Valley. At this altitude, the lake is frozen for most of the year, making it a very scenic trek. It's also one of the few high altitude lakes that you can get to in just 3 days. You'll begin in the green orchards and forests of Manali, with views of Manali and Solang as you trek. As you proceed to trek through Gulaba and Rohli Koli, you'll see the landscape beginning to change, and the weather gets colder. On your return, you'll trek through your the meadows of Pandu Ropa, with streams criss-crossing under your feet. You'll end in Vashisht where you can take a dip in the hot springs.

Do make sure you're at the pick-up point in Manali by 07:00 hrs. From here, you'll be driven to Gulaba, the starting point of your trek, which is about 22 kms away. You'll start your Bhrigu Lake trek, walking through alpine forests, with views of the Manali and Solang Valley trek. You'll walk over a rickey wooden bridge over a stream, and proceed on to Rohli Koli, where you'll be camping for the night. This is a gorgeous campsite with mountains all around and a stream close by. Overnight in tents.

After trekking from Gulaba to Rohli Kholi, you'll spend your night in this scenic location in triple sharing tents. You'll be provided with sleeping bags and mats, and will have the convenience of a toilet tent and a dining tent. Do remember, you'll have to carry your own plate with spoon and mug, and a lunch box to carry your lunch.

The cancellation charges are as follows:
For cancellations made 30 days or more before departure date of the Bhrigu Lake trek: 5% of the trip cost will be deducted, and the rest refunded, minus any transaction costs.
For cancellations made 15-30 days before departure date of the Bhrigu Lake trek: 50% of the trip cost will be deducted, and the rest refunded, minus any transaction costs.
For cancellations made 0-15 days before departure date of the Bhrigu Lake trek: No refund
No show: No refund.
The company follows a zero footprint policy, which includes proper management and disposal of waste, no overcrowding or harm to the surrounding. Participants are expected to follow the same while on the Bhrigu Lake trek.
Alcohol consumption or smoking is not allowed while on the Bhrigu Lake trek.
You must adhere to the instructions of the trek leader at all times.
