Rules on the trip
The motorbike rider as well as the pillion rider are required to wear a helmet at all times while riding the Bhutan bike trip. A safety helmet will be provided to the travellers by the tour operator.
Travellers are required to follow all instructions of the road captain at all times during the Bhutan motorbiking trip.
Consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited during the Bhutan motorbiking trip. Travellers suspected of intoxication will not be allowed to participate in the trip.
Travellers getting their own motorbike must ensure that the vehicle is registered to the rider's name and all the relevant documents (pollution check, insurance and driver's licence, etc.) are in order.
Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing general disturbance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations made before the departure of the Bhutan motorbiking trip: the booking deposit of INR 5000 is non refundable.
All cancellations/refunds on this trip will be processed after a deduction of INR 200 per person. This fee is charged by The Great Next and is applicable for all cancellations.
Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions
The cost for one rider plus one pillion on one motorbike is INR 47250 per person.
If the traveller brings thier own bike, then the cost for the trip is INR 36750 per person.
The cost for a seat in the support vehicle is INR 36750 per person.
It is mandatory to reach the Bagdogra Aiport before 11:00 hrs on Day 1 of the Bhutan motorbiking trip for an airport pick-up as the bike journey begins at 13:00 hrs. Missing pick-up would entail missing the trip.
Travellers are required to carry a valid, govt-issued photo ID card and a valid driver's licence for the Bhutan bike trip.
For any physical damages to the bike during the Bhutan bike ride, the travellers have to incur the expenses.
If any traveler wishes to exit the Bhutan motorbiking trip mid-way for any medical or personal reasons, an additional charge of transporting the motorbike from the leaving point to the end point will be applicable at INR 10000 per bike.
The tour operator reserves the right to alter or cancel the itinerary of the Bhutan motorbiking trip due to any unforeseen circumstances to ensure maximum safety of travellers and staff. Costs arising due to such a change in itinerary will be borne by the traveller.
