Rules on the trip
Travellers who wish to go paragliding at Bir Billing are required to weigh between 45-95 kgs.
Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing general disturbance.
Travellers are required to follow instructions of the tour guide during the Bir Billing adventure.
Consumption of alcohol, drugs and tobacco products like cigarettes is prohibited during the trip.
For cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date of the Bir Billing adventure: 50% refund.
For cancellations made between 15-30 days before the departure date of the Bir Billing adventure: 25% refund.
For cancellations made less than 15 days before the departure date of the Bir Billing adventure: no refund.
In case of no show: no refund.
For cancellations of the paragliding activity due to unforeseen circumstances: INR 1,500 refund.
All refunds are processed after deducting a transaction fee of INR 200 per person. This fee is charged by The Great Next.

Please note that paragliding is a wind-dependant activity, the itinerary of which may be cancelled or changed depending on factors such as the weather and wind conditions.
Tardiness in arriving at the pick-up point may lead to missing the trip, without any refund. Please ensure punctuality in reporting to the pick-up point on the date of your departure.
The tour operator reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary of this Bir Billing adventure due to bad weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances to ensure maximum safety of travellers and staff. Travellers are required to bear any additional costs arising due to such a change in itinerary.
The tour operator takes utmost care to ensure safety of the travellers and shall not be held responsible for any mishap or accident during the Bir Billing adventure.
