My first solo trip to kaas plateau and it was an amazing experience. Planning, transparency in sharing info, JAIN food, fun,and superb service. Will surely recommend to book your dates with TGN for memorable experience.
I would describe their team as driven, enthusiastic and initiative bearing. Once I reached out to them for a camping trip, I was connected to one of their coordinators, Dheeraj Soni, who gave me multiple options, understood my requirement and timeline and suggested the perfect fit for us. They maintained effective communication with us and camp personal to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. I would certainly reach out to them for any future plans.
'On behalf of me & my friends I would want to take a moment to express my sense of gratitude and appreciation for team TGN. I planned an adventure trip to Rishikesh which happened to be a wonderful experience. I thank Mr. Venkat who I feel is an important asset to the company for planning and organising the entire trip. His excellency in managing customer relationship is truly commendable which plays a vital role in bringing business to any enterprise. Definitely looking for more such plans with team TGN in future. All the best'
Dheeraj was very helpful in providing us the best option. The camp was amazing, more than what I was hoping for. There was only one issue that the resort didn’t receive any confirmation of our booking yet the owner of Gurugram resort was so nice that he didn’t let us suffer and provided us with best service.
