    During this trip, you can try your hand at valley crossing, enjoy some rock climbing, jump on a trampoline or embark on a trek to the Shival Falls, the Cave Falls or even the Madhan Temple. Besides this, in the evening you’ll gather around a bonfire, sip a hot tea and dance to the soft music in the background. At night you’ll retire into your rustic tents and feel the thrill and excitement of sleeping right in the heart of nature.

  • Day 1 of the Shimla Camping Trip: Check-in and enjoy

    Reach the Shimla campsite by noon today and check into your rustic tents. After unpacking and freshening up, head out for some lunch in the dining area. Post lunch once you're energized, induct yourself in one of the many activities that are provided here. Be it one of the waterfall treks to the Shival Falls or the Cave Falls, or one of the cool rope activities. If that's not enough, with a plethora of adventure games, try your hand at rock climbing, zip lining, valley crossing and more! By evening though, surround a warm bonfire, sip on some hot tea, munch on some snacks and sway your body to the light music playing in the background. After this you'll have dinner before retiring into your comfortable rustic tents for a night of restful sleep.

    The check-in time for your Shimla rustic camp is at 12:00 hrs. Today's package includes delicious meals of a veg lunch and a beg and non veg dinner. Additionally, you'll also be provided with evening tea and snacks whilst surrounding a warm bonfire. At night you'll be staying in a comfortable Valley Comfort tent on a double sharing basis. These tents are equipped with twin beds and clean linens. Besides this, you'll have an attached well ventilated bathroom that comes with a geyser, running hot

    For cancellations made more than 15 days before the Shimla camping trip: 75% refund.

    For cancellations made 7-14 days before the Shimla camping trip: 50% refund.

    For cancellations made less than 7 days before the Shimla camping trip: No refund.

    In case of no show: No refund.

    All cancellations/refunds on this trip will be processed after a deduction of INR 200 per person. This fee is charged by The Great Next and is applicable for all cancellations.

    Rules on trip

    Participants must adhere to the instructions of the trip leader/guide at all times during the camping trip in Shimla.

    Consumption of alcoholic beverages/drugs/smoking is not permitted during the Shimla camping trip.

    Littering or any damage to natural habitats is strictly forbidden during the camping trip in Shimla.

    Participants must be on their best behavior during the Shimla rustic tent camp.

    Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions

    The check-in time for the camping trip in Shimla is at 12:00 hrs and the check-out time is at 11:00 hrs.

    Children below 10 years are charged at INR 500 per night for an extra bed; children between 10 and 15 years are charged at INR 999 per night for an extra bed and children/adults above 15 years are charged at INR 1750 per night for an extra bed.

    Any additional expenses that occur due to unforseen circumstances during the camping trip in Shimla have to be borne by the participant.

    During the Shimla camping trip all members are responsible for their own belongings.

    While the operator takes utmost care of participants, in case of any accidents, loss, damage or death during the Shimla camping trip, the operator cannot be held responsible.
