    Situated in the midst of the vast Thar Desert, Jaisalmer is a medieval former trading centre of Rajasthan. Due to its yellow sand stone structures with the monumental Jaislmer Fort glinting in the background, this city is popularly referred to as ‘the Golden City.'

    Your campsite lies in the Kanoi Village which is about 36 km from Jaisalmer. And you'll be sleeping in comfortable luxury tents that come with beds, blankets, bedsheets, basic and luxury amenities, an attached bathroom and a private sit out.

  • Day 1 of luxury camping in Jaisalmer: Check-in and enjoy

    Check into the campsite by 16:00 hrs where you'll be be allotted your luxury tents. After resting, you'll head out to enjoy a fun camel safari around Jaisalmer's famous Sam Sand Dunes. Upon returning, you'll enjoy a cultural program of Rajasthani folk music with folk dance whilst sipping on hi-tea. Post dinner, you'll return to your luxury tents and retire for the night.

    For cancellations made 15 days before the arrival date of camping in Jaisalmer: 100% refund.

    For cancellations made within 15 days of the arrival date of camping in Jaisalmer: 50% refund/1 night's retention.

    For cancellations made 15 days before the arrival date of camping in Jaisalmer on any exhibition or city convention dates: No refund.

    For cancellations made 15 days before the arrival date of camping in Jaisalmer on any long weekends or festival dates dates: No refund.

    For cancellations made 45 days before the arrival date of camping in Jaisalmer during Diwali/Christmas/New Year: No refund.

    All refunds will be processed after deducting a transaction fee of INR 200 per person. This fee is charged by The Great Next.

    Rules on trip

    Travellers are required to adhere to instructions of the tour guide while undertaking any adventure activities during the camping in Jaisalmer trip.

    Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing general disturbance.

    Consumption of drugs is strictly prohibited during the camping in Jaisalmer trip.

    Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions

    For camping in Jaisalmer the cost of kids below 5 years without an extra bed is free; the cost of a kid above 5 years or an additional adult is INR 1750.

    The check-in time for camping in Jaisalmer is at 16:00 hrs and the check-out time is at 10:00 hrs. An early check-in and a late check-out may be extended based on availability.

    The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or alter the itinerary of the camping in Jaisalmer trip to maximize the safety of travellers as well as staff.

    The tour operator takes utmost care to ensure safety of the travelers and shall not be held responsible for any mishap, accident or injury while camping in Jaisalmer.
