    Escape the hustle and bustle of city life with an exciting weekend cycling expedition on the beaches of Kihim. Explore quaint fishing hamlets, ancient citadels, solitary beaches and the pristine wilderness along the way.

    This trip also gives you the opportunity to sample some delicious coastal cuisine.

    Note: This is a one-day trip and there will be no accommodation arrangements provided. Meals are provided as described in the inclusions.


    Mandwa and Kihim are both parts of the Raigad districts of Maharashtra. The Mandwa-Kihim stretch is pristine and calm, and makes for a perfect weekend getaway for city dwellers.

    On a clear day, the Gateway of India can be seen in the distance.

    In case of a breakdown, we keep an extra cycle (depending on the number of participants) and a back-up vehicle on stand-by. We also carry specific equipment to assist with any reapirs and are well-versed with the cycle repair shops in the vicinity.

  • Cycle across the beautiful stretch of Mandwa-Kihim

    We assemble at the Gateway of India at 9 a.m. and board a ferry to Mandwa.

    We reach Mandwa at around 10:30 a.m. and begin our cycling expedition. This is an enjoyable 13 km stretch along the beach, till we reach Kihim at 1 p.m.

    We then break at a nice breezy spot, and enjoy some delicious coastal cuisine for lunch, post which we are free to explore the surrounding area on foot or on cycle.

    We begin our return journey post a little exploration, cycling all the way back to Mandwa, and reach the Gateway of India by 5.30 p.m.

    If cancellation is done 1 day prior to the trip departure: no refund is admissible

    If cancellation is done 2 days prior to the trip departure: 50% of the total amount payable shall be refundable

    If cancellation is done before 2 days of the trip departure: Rs. 500/- out of the total amount payable is non-refundable.

    All our programmes are coordinated and led by seasoned adventure instructors who take care appropriate care of safety and security.

    First-aid/medicine box is available with the trek leader should there be a need.

    The meals provided during the programme are simple but hygienic. Each participant is provided 2 liters of packaged drinking water.
