'It began with my login not working properly on TGN website. I contacted the customer service and they were so prompt with their reply that they not only helped me do my entire booking process over chat, but they became familiar with all four of my friends even more than I was. Venkat helped me secure seats in a batch that was already full and had it not been for the guys at TGN, we wouldn't have gone for such an amazing bicycle ride through the coastal region of Mumbai. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!'
