Rules on the trip
Smoking cigarettes, chewing tobacco or consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited on the Gorakhgad trek.
You must stick with your group at all times.
No damage should be inflicted on monuments or natural environments.
You must adhere to the instructions of the trek leader at all times.
Taking photos or selfie near the edges of cliffs are not allowed.
Participants are requested to carry trash back to the city and dispose of it in dustbins.
If cancellation is done 10 days or more before the start of the Gorakhgad Fort trek: 75% will be refunded.
If cancellation is done 5-10 days prior to the start of the Gorakhgad Fort trek: 50% will be refunded.
If the cancellation is done 0-5 days before the start of the Gorakhgad Fort trek: No refund.
No show: No refund.
If you wish to transfer your booking to someone else, or reschedule to another date, the cancellation policy will apply, and only the applicable refund amount will be transferred or rescheduled.
Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions
In case of injury, damage to self or property or death, Travel Trikon cannot be held responsible.
Adventure activity is arranged considering normal weather. In case of cancellation of the Gorakhgad trek due to reasons beyond control such as natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failure etc, refund shall be payable with respect to the given to refund policy.
There will be no refunds or discounts given for services unused or missed due to traveller's own fault, negligence or breach of terms.
