Trek to one of the most celebrated beaches in the entire Andaman archipelago, the Elephant Beach. Beginning early in the morning, you'll venture out into the tropical, mangrove forests of the Havelock Island. The trail to reach the Elephant Beach makes it way across tree plantations and marshy lands. At the beach, you can simply sit back and relax to pristine views of the ocean. At an additional cost, you can also go snorkelling for a 30-min session in the Andaman Sea.

Destination

Elephant Beach is a white sand beach on the coast of Havelock Island. The beach is only accessible to travellers either by a boat ride from Havelock jetty or through a 1-hr trek past dense jungles and grasslands. The beach offers a range of water sports in the Andaman Sea like snorkelling and speed boat or banana boat rides. With exquisite views of the Andaman Sea, the Elephant Beach is the perfect example of the Andaman's sun, sea and sand.

Arrive at the start point of the trek by 08:00 hrs. Here, you'll meet your trek leader and begin trekking to Elephant Beach. After a 1-hr walk through the jungles, you'll encounter a patch of marsh land and mangrove forests. After navigating through this section, you'll reach the Elephant Beach, where you can rest, relax and enjoy views of a beautiful beach. At an additional cost, you can also go snorkelling here.

An hour or two later, you'll head back and retrace your steps through the forest. You'll reach at the start point of the trek by 13:00 hrs. Your trip ends here.

All cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled trek to Elephant Beach: no refund.

All refunds will be processed after deducting a transaction fee of INR 200 per person. This fee is charged by The Great Next.
