Indus Paragliding

Indus Paragliding is a professional paragliding school based in Kamshet, just off the old Mumbai-Pune expressway approx. 110 Kms. from Mumbai city. | Indus has acquired a wide range of top-quality paragliding gear manufactured by leading European paragliding companies. Indus Paragliding is also the representative for a couple of these companies in India, so comes with the assurance of long-standing support. | The basecamp at Indus offers ample indoor and outdoor training areas, space for basic ground training, theory sessions and interactive video sessions, as well as beautiful gardens and a view of the lake for after-hours. | Indus conducts courses for EP (Elementary Pilot) and CP (Club Pilot) based on the BHPA (British Hang gliding and Paragliding Association) system, as well as offering tandem paragliding rides.

The CEO and Chief Flying Instructor of Indus Paragliding, Sanjay Pendurkar, represented India in the Asian Championship in China, bringing home the bronze medal. In addition, we have also represented India in the Paragliding Open Cup organized by the Russian Federation, in which we won the Cup.| Indus Paragliding is honoured to have trained members from the Indian Airforce, the Army, and the Coastguard.

Indus Paragliding is a member of the Paragliding Association of India (PAI), has taken part as member in the Himalayan Odyssey Expedition, and is also a member of the Association of Paragliding Pilots and Instructors (APPI).
