Fergusson College is a well-known landmark in Pune and can be easily reached by road.
If you are a nature lover and an avid bird watcher, this is the perfect trek for you. This trek that takes you through a jungle route to one the most beautiful bird sanctuaries in this region. The pleasant weather and varied species of birds make this a fascinating trek, but it’s the winding structure of the fort and ramparts that’s really interesting.
The location has a rich history associated with it. The ruins of the fort are still impressive, especially as it occupies multiple levels, and has a natural rock turret, which is unfortunately closed to explorers. From the top of the fort, you can see gorgeous views in all directions.
