    If you are looking for an adventure where the journey is as rewarding as the destination, then this trek to Kheerganga is the perfect one for you! Over two days, you'll traverse some stunning landscapes, see pine forests, green meadows, and waterfalls as clear as crystal. And finally, at Kheerganga, you'll be able to take a soothing dip in natural hot water springs at the altitude of 12,990 feet.


    Located in the Parvati Valley of the Kullu district, Kheerganga is found at an altitude of 12,990 feet. From here, you'll be able to catch marvellous views of snowy mountain peaks and rolling green hills. Your journey will begin from Kasol, from where you'll be taken to the charming hamlet of Barshaini. It's from here that your trek to Kheerganga will commence. After spending a night in Kheerganga, exploring its terrain, experiencing the holy hot water springs and camping under the stars, you will retrace your steps back to Kasol.

  • Day 1 of the Kheerganga trek: Kasol to Kheerganga

    Arrive at Kasol by 9:00 hrs sharp, from where you will be driven to Barshaini, which is the starting point of many popular treks, including the famous Kheerganga trek. Thus, from here your trekking journey begins! Over the next 6 hours, you will traverse through 12 kms of beautiful forested lands. During your journey, not only will you see waterfalls and pine trees, but bridges and meadows too. Reach your Kheerganga campsite by evening, just in time to see the beautiful sunset, before setting up your tent for the night. Overnight stay in tents.

    Spend your tent in beautiful Kheerganga in the heart of greenery in triple sharing tents. Couples will always get their own twin-sharing tent. Today's package includes a vegetarian dinner. You'll be stopping en route for a hot, fresh lunch.

    For cancellations made 24 days or more before departure of the trek to Kheerganga: 95% of trek cost will be refunded.

    For cancellations made between 14-24 days before departure of the trek to Kheerganga: 70% of trek/tour cost will be refunded.

    For cancellations made between 8-14 days before departure of the trek to Kheerganga: 50% of trek/tour cost will be refunded.

    For cancellations made less than 7 days before departure of the trek to Kheerganga: No refund.

    No show: No refund.

    All refund amounts will be processed after deducting any transaction charges.

    Rules on trip

    Participants must adhere to the instructions of the team leader during the Kheerganga trek.

    Smoking, consumption of alcohol, narcotic drugs etc. is strictly prohibited while on the Kheerganga trek.

    Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions

    The operator reserves the right to change the itinerary of the Kheerganga trek depending upon the weather conditions and other factors. If extra cost is incurred due to rescheduling, it will be borne by the trekker.

    Please note that sometimes an unforeseen event may force changes in the itinerary of the trek to Kheerganga. In such cases, your trek leader will suggest the best alternative similar to your original itinerary.

    All the arrangements for the Kheerganga trek are pre-planned and prepaid. In case of non completion of the Kheerganga trek due to any reason whatsoever there will not be any refund for any unutilized services. Any extra expense due any alteration has to be paid extra.
