    Sign up for an 11-day Ladakh motorbiking adventure and roar through the highways of the cold, desert kingdom with an entourage of like-minded motorbikers and an experienced support team. Surrounded by barren and arid hills as far as the eye can see, you'll travel to distant destinations in Ladakh, having new adventures and clicking picture-perfect photos.

    You'll visit the multi-coloured lake of Pangong, travel to the sand dunes of Hunder and Sumur, ride through high-altitude passes of Khardung-La and Chang-La, visit the historic monasteries of Thiksey and Diskit, apart from a range of other exciting adventures.

    Please note that price displayed is the per person price for a booking for one motorbike rider and one pillion rider. An additional refundable, security deposit of INR 10,000 per motorbike, not included in the cost displayed, is to be paid directly to the tour operator.

    Ladakh, the land of high mountain passes, is also the land of extraordinary beauty. The Ladakhi terrain, flanked by the towering mountains of the Trans-Himalayan range, with snow-capped summits rising far beyond the clouds, is home to one of the most iconic motorbiking routes in the country. With scenic views of the landscape, painted in differing shades of grey and brown, you'll explore faraway villages and secluded landmarks in the region on a 11-day motorbiking itinerary.

    Your adventure begins from Srinagar, the capital city of Jammu and Kashmir. After visiting the historic city of Kargil, you'll arrive and explore Leh, the largest city of Ladakh. You'll take a few days to explore the sand dunes of the Nubra Valley, spend a night by the famous Pangong Lake and travel down to the lush, green valleys of Manali, ending the tour with unforgettable experiences.

  • Day 1 of the Ladakh motorbiking trip: Arrive in Srinagar

    Arrive in Srinagar and convene at a pre-determined meeting point. In the afternoon, you'll meet your fellow motorbikers and your road captain for a brief orientation session to discuss the climate conditions, itinerary and other details of your upcoming motorbiking adventure. In the evening, you can explore the capital city and visit the famous Dal Lake. Overnight in a hotel at Srinagar.

    For cancellation of the trip made by the tour operator due to any unforeseen circumstances: 100% refund.

    For cancellation of the trip made by the traveller after booking: no refund.

    Rules on trip

    The motorbike rider as well as the pillion rider is required to wear a helmet at all times while riding the motorbike. A safety helmet will be provided to the travellers by the tour operator.

    Travellers are required to carry a valid, govt-issued photo ID card and a valid driver's licence.

    Travellers are required to follow all instructions of the road captain during the Ladakh motorbiking trip.

    Consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited during the trip. Travellers suspected of intoxication will not be allowed to participate in the trip.

    Travellers getting their own motorbike must ensure that the vehicle is registered to the rider's name and all the relevant documents (pollution check, insurance and driver's licence etc) are in order.

    Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions

    Travellers will be required to pay a refundable, security deposit of INR 10,000 per motorbike. Any major damage or loss to the motorbike and use of any spare parts will be deducted from the security deposit. This deposit is payable directly to the tour operator and any disputes involving the deposit will be settled between the tour operator and the traveller.

    Travellers are only allowed to store one rucksack in the support vehicle. Any extra luggage will be charged extra if stored in the support vehicle.

    If any traveller wishes to exit the tour mid-way for any medical or personal reasons, an additional charge of transporting the motorbike from the leaving point to the end point will be applicable.

    The tour operator reserves the right to alter or cancel the itinerary of this Ladakh motorbiking trip due to any unforeseen circumstances to ensure maximum safety of travellers and staff. Costs arising due to such a change in itinerary will be borne by the traveller.

    Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing general disturbance.
