    Explore Bhutan, the hermit kingdom, on this 9-day motorbiking adventure. With Royal Enfield motorbikes on hand, you'll roar through dense forests and jungles, alongside gushing waterfalls and rivers. Accompanied by an entourage of like-minded motorbikers, you'll follow an expert road captain to visit secluded destinations, from the vantage points of Thimphu to the tea gardens of Jaigaon. You'll also go on a short, 4-hr day trek in Paro to visit the Tiger's Nest monastery. As you visit popular towns and small villages in the country, you'll halt to visit landmarks like the Punakha Dzong or monasteries like the Gangtey Monastery, making memories to last a lifetime.

With every passing day, you'll travel north towards Bhutan, riding over twisting roads and high mountains with picture perfect views of wooded hills all around you. Soon, you'll find yourself in the cool and peaceful valleys of Bhutan, surrounded by high-rising peaks carpeted with meadows and grasslands.

    Throughout the journey, you'll take in the unique culture of the country by visiting monasteries and Buddhist landmarks, built centuries ago with traditional architecture and design. You'll end your tour back at Siliguri with memories of an unforgettable adventure.

  • Day 1 of the Bhutan motorbiking trip: Arrive at Siliguri

    Arrive in Siliguri. You'll meet your road captain and fellow motorbikers, and spend the day at leisure. Rest in your hotel room or head out to explore the city. In the evening, you can test ride your allotted motorbikes in the streets of Siliguri and visit the local marketplace to shop for any last minute essentials. Overnight in a hotel at Siliguri.

    Arrive at Siliguri. You'll be accommodated at a hotel in Siliguri. Today's meal package includes breakfast and dinner only. Please make sure to carry a govt-issued photo ID, a passport and a valid driver's license.

    For cancellations made more than 60 days before departure of the Bhutan motorbiking trip: 100% refund.

    For cancellations made 45-60 days before departure of the Bhutan motorbiking trip: 75% refund.

    For cancellations made 30-44 days before departure of the Bhutan motorbiking trip: 50% refund.

    For cancellations made 20-29 days before departure of the Bhutan motorbiking trip: 25% refund.

    For cancellations made less than 20 days before departure of the Bhutan motorbiking trip: no refund.

    In case of show: no refund.

    All refunds will be processed after deducting an administration fee of INR 5,000 per person and a transaction fee of INR 200 per person. The administration fee is charged by the tour operator, the transaction fee is charged by The Great Next.

    Rules on trip

    The motorbike rider as well as the pillion rider is required to wear a helmet at all times while riding the motorbike. A safety helmet will be provided to all travellers by the tour operator.

    Travellers are required to carry a valid, govt-issued photo ID card and a valid driver's licence.

    Travellers are required to follow all instructions of the road captain during the Bhutan motorbiking trip.

    Consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited during the trip. Travellers suspected of intoxication will not be allowed to participate in the trip.

    Travellers getting their own motorbike must ensure that the vehicle is registered to the rider's name and all the relevant documents (pollution check, insurance and driver's licence etc) are in order.

    Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions

    Travellers will be required to pay a refundable, security deposit of INR 5,000 per motorbike. Any major damage or loss to the motorbike and use of any spare parts will be deducted from the security deposit. This deposit is payable directly to the tour operator and any disputes involving the deposit will be settled between the tour operator and the traveller.

    Travellers are only allowed to store one rucksack of maximum 60 liters capacity in the support vehicle. Any extra luggage will be the responsibility of the traveller.

    If any traveller wishes to exit the tour mid-way for any medical or personal reasons, an additional charge of transporting the motorbike from the leaving point to the end point will be applicable.

    The tour operator reserves the right to alter or cancel the itinerary of this Bhutan motorbiking trip due to any unforeseen circumstances to ensure maximum safety of travellers and staff. Costs arising due to such a change in itinerary will be borne by the traveller.

    Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing general disturbance.
