You will scale the Nagtibba peak in the wee hours of the dawn and reach the summit to witness a serene sunrise over Himalayan mountains.     Located at an altitude of 9,900 feet, Nagtibba is a popular destination among adventure enthusiasts for the easy accessibility and short itinerary as well as the immense saturation of natural beauty along the way. The route to the top of Nagtibba is covered with heavily forested mountains blossoming with native flowers. En route, you can stop at multiple vantage points that offer sweeping views of the Indian Himalayas. When you reach the top, catch splendid views of the morning sun shining on towering mountain peaks on the horizon.

  • Day 1 of Nagtibba trek: Drive to Pantwari Village and trek to Khatian

    Arrive at Rishikesh by 08:00 hrs and board vehicles that will take you to Pantwari Village. Reach Pantwari Village by afternoon and begin trekking towards the base village of Khatian. It is a 4-km trek of gradual ascent that passes through scenic landscapes of mountain edges lined with trees. You will reach your destination of Khatian campsite by evening. Overnight at Khatian in tents.

    You will be accommodated in alpine tents at Khatian on a twin/triple-sharing basis. Sleeping bags and mattresses will be provided for a restful night's sleep. Your campsite will be equipped with common kitchen/dining and toilet tents. Today's meal package includes dinner. You can spend extra to have breakfast and lunch en route to Khatian.

    For cancellations made more than 24 days prior to departure date of the Nagtibba trek: 95% refund.

    For cancellations made between 14 to 24 days prior to departure date of the Nagtibba trek: 70% refund.

    For cancellations made between 8 to 14 days prior to departure date of the Nagtibba trek: 50% refund.

    For cancellations made less than 8 days prior to departure date of the Nagtibba trek: No refund.

    No show: No refund.

    All refunds will be processed after deducting any transaction fees.

    Rules on trip

    Travellers are required to adhere to the instructions of the trip leader/tour guide during the Nagtibba trek.

    Consumption of alcohol and narcotics is strictly prohibited during or before trekking.

    The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or alter the itinerary of the Nagtibba trek to maximize the safety of travellers as well as staff.
