It's a moderately challenging trek and is perfect for newbies and participants with some experience. You'll camp in tents in the snow (with mattresses and sleeping bags to stay warm), and trek through snowy trails and forests blanketed in white. At the peak of Nagtibba, you'll have layers of fresh snow to jump in, and spectacular views of the snowy peaks of Himalayan giants like Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch, Srikanth and Black Peak.
The Nagtibba trek begins and ends at the beautiful hill station of Dehradun which is the capital city of the northern state of Uttarakhand.
Situated in the foothills of the Himalayas, in the northern state of Uttarakhand, Dehradun is a prime tourist hub as it is surrounded by opportunities for adventure. The Nagtibba trek begins and ends at Dehradun but takes you very quickly up into the mountains. You'll be driven to Pantwari, the start point of the trek, and will see the beautiful town of Mussoorie en route. The trail starts at 3500 feet elevation, and winds through forests, streams, and sprawling meadows, to finally reach Nagtibba Peak at a towering elevation of 10,000 feet. From the top, you'll get spectacular views of snowy peaks all around.

You'll meet at Dehradun railway station at 07:00 hrs and board a vehicle to Pantwari village. You'll drive through the beautiful hill station of Mussoorie, and finally get to Pantwari. This is where your Nagtibba trek begins! It takes about 5 hrs of trekking to get to the Kathiyan campsite, stopping for lunch on the way. You'll be at your campsite by early evening, in time to have a cup of hot tea, explore the area a bit, and admire the views. As night falls, the merry bonfire beckons you closer, and you'll spend some time here before eating a delicious dinner. Overnight in cosy tents.
Sleep in sturdy tents in the lap of nature.

For cancellations made 15-30 days before the departure of the snow trek to Nagtibba: 50% of trip cost will be refunded (after deducting any expenses that have been incurred for hotel bookings, transport, etc.) minus any transaction charges.
For cancellations made 0-15 days before the departure of the snow trek to Nagtibba: No refund.

Payment for this snow trek to Nagtibba will not be adjusted towards any future trips.
The operator has a set of guidelines for the snow trek to Nagtibba that must be adhered to based on the tenets of ‘Leave No Trace’ and ‘Tread Light’ policies. These guidelines are very simple and emphasise on travelling in small groups, better planning, understanding impact of camping, proper waste disposal, respecting local cultures, sensitivity towards wildlife and so on.

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, narcotic drugs etc. is strictly prohibited during the Nagtibba trek.
While on the snow trek to Nagtibba, participants must follow a proper waste disposal system.
