For a short, easy adventure that gives you a mountain camping experience, this 2 day trek to Nagtibba is a great option. It's an easy trek and is perfect for newbies and participants with some experience. Your Nagtibba trek takes you through delightful paths, meeting friendly farmers and locals along the way. It's about 4-5 hours of trekking, with some steep patches. At the top, your campsite will be set up, and hot cups of tea are waiting. The rest of the evening is free for you to explore the campsite, pluck some fresh mint, and admire the spectacular views of snowy peaks like Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch, Srikanth and Black Peak. At night, you'll settle down to sleep in tents, with the sounds of nature all around.
The Nagtibba trek begins and ends at the beautiful hill station of Dehradun which is the capital city of the northern state of Uttarakhand.
Starting at 3500 feet elevation, the trail for trekking to Nagtibba takes you up to 10,000 feet, from where you'll get spectacular views. The trek to Nagtibba is filled with pretty forests, streams, and sprawling meadows, and makes for a wonderful nature escape over the weekend.

Meet the operator at Dehradun railway station at 07:00 hrs and board a vehicle and head for Pantwari village via Mussoorie. From Pantwari, your Nagtibba trek begins. It takes about 5 hrs of trekking to get to your campsite, stopping for lunch on the way. You'll be at your campsite by early evening, in time to have a cup of hot tea, explore the area a bit, and admire the views. As night falls, the merry bonfire beckons you closer, and you'll spend some time here before eating a delicious dinner. Overnight in cosy tents.
You will be staying in alpine tents on twin-sharing basis tonight. Each traveller is equipped with clean, warm sleeping bags and sleeping mattresses. For your convenience, the campsite will have separate toilet tents for men and women, as well as a kitchen/dining tent.

For cancellations made 15-30 days before the departure of the trek to Nagtibba: 50% of trip cost will be refunded (after deducting any expenses that have been incurred for hotel bookings, transport, etc.) minus any transaction charges.
For cancellations made 0-15 days before the departure of the trek to Nagtibba: No refund.

Payment for this trek to Nagtibba will not be adjusted towards any future trips.
The operator has a set of guidelines for the trek to Nagtibba that must be adhered to based on the tenets of ‘Leave No Trace’ & ‘Tread Light’ policies. These guidelines are very simple and emphasise on travelling in small groups, better planning, understanding impact of camping, proper waste disposal, respecting local cultures, sensitivity towards wildlife and so on.
Participants must adhere to the instructions of the team leader on this trek to Nagtibba.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, narcotic drugs etc. is strictly prohibited during the Nagtibba trek.
While on the trek to Nagtibba, participants must follow a proper waste disposal system.
