    Want to get away from the noise and chaos of the city for the weekend, travel to the serenity of a village and have a thrilling adventure at the same time? Try this one-day, easy trek to Anjaneri Fort.

    Destination

    Situated 20 kms away from Nasik, Anjaneri is is famous for the birth place of God Hanuman and is named after his mother. The fort is also the only place that has a temple dedicated to Anjani Mata.

    Recently, scientists found a rare plant on Anjaneri mountain called Anjanerika Soparia, which is found only on this mountain. Here's hoping participants come across this rare plant on their trek.

    Mumbai Travellers reserves the right to change the schedule in case of unforeseen circumstances

    Trek leader's word is final and it will have to be followed by all the participants.

    Cancellation policy

    The cancellation policy is as follows:

    Cancellations made 0-7 days before departure of the Anjaneri trek: No refund, even if you have booked 0-7 days before departure.

    Cancellations made 8-15 days before departure of the Anjaneri trek: 50% of the trip cost will be refunded minus any transaction charges.

    Cancellations made 16-21 days before departure of the Anjaneri trek: 75% of the trip cost will be refunded minus any transaction charges.

    Cancellations made 21 days or more before departure of the Anjaneri trek: Total trip cost will be refunded minus any transaction charges.

    Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions

    Consumption of liquor, drugs, tobacco products, cigarettes etc. is strictly prohibited during the camp.

    There is a zero-tolerance policy for participants who litter, deface property or monuments, or cause general disturbance. Any flouting of these rules will be dealt with seriously, and may involve expulsion from the trek or camp, and no refund is admissible in such cases.

  • Day 1: Trek to Anjaneri Fort

    Participants gather at 06:00 am near Pritam Hotel, Dadar East. From there, they travel to the base village, stopping for breakfast en route. The trek begins at 10:30 from the base village. It takes about 3 hours to the top.

    Participants can rest, enjoy the views once on top. Then, they begin their walk back to the base village at 02:30 pm. From there, they'll be driven back to the pick up point.
