Cancellation policy
If cancellation is done more than 10 days prior to the departure date: 90% of the total trip cost is refunded.
If cancellation is done between 6 days (148 hours) and 10 days prior to the departure date: 60% of the total trip cost is refunded.
If cancellation is done between 3 days (72 hours) and 6 days prior to the departure date: 40% of the total trip cost is refunded.
No refund will be made if cancellation is made within 3 days prior to the departure date of the event.
Rules on trip
All the risks and responsibilities related to and arising from this activity shall be solely upon such participants and Trek'Di (Tekdi Eco Services Pvt. Ltd.) shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever.
In case of any injury, sickness, accident, death or any other casualty or loss or damage of valuables or luggage or any equipment; Tekdi Eco Services Pvt. Ltd. (Trek'Di), it's instructors, organisers, volunteers or any other person involved wholly or partially, either individually or jointly, shall not be responsible in any manner for the same and no claims of the participants, parents, guardians, relatives or friends of participants will be entertained.
Consumption of liquor, tobacco products, cigarettes etc. is strictly prohibited during the camp or trek.
During the camps or treks, in a case of any dispute for whatsoever reason, the decision of the camp director or authorized representative of Trek'Di shall be final and binding on all the participants.
Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions
Tekdi Eco Services Pvt. Ltd reserves all rights to change the venue/date/schedule or cancel the event.
Transfer of booking will be permitted where feasible and will be at the discretion of the management.
Tekdi Eco Services reserves all rights to modify/change the camp/programme and to prepone(advance)/postpone the event and Tekdi Eco Services will not be liable to refund booking charges in such a case.
In the case of cancellation of any event due to reasons beyond control (like Natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failure etc. ) of Tekdi Eco Services, no refund shall be payable.
Tekdi Eco Services will not be responsible for any losses incurred for any train/air/bus/taxi bookings, hotel bookings or extension to the camp done by clients/participants (either independently or through us) due to a cancellation of the event by Tekdi Eco Services.
