  • Trip introduction

    Your campsite is fixed on the banks of a river, at the base of a rocky hill. You’re surrounded by nature, and you have plenty to do here: from short hikes in the wilderness, taking dips in a splashing waterfall, or playing volleyball, cricket, badminton, or football at the campsite. Of course, the highlight is your thrilling rafting session on the 16 kms stretch from from Shivpuri to NIM beach. You'll conquer some of the most cherished Grade III rapids, like Return to Sender, Roller Coaster, Club House, Double Trouble and Jail No Bail. At the end, you'll dive into the cool waters and have some splashing fun while body surfing in the calmer section of the Ganges. You’ll be accompanied by trained and experienced instructors and this trip can be undertaken by non-swimmers as well. It is a perfect combination of stimulating adventure and the simple joys of camping in the outdoors.


    Located just 500 meters from the Ganga River, your campsite lies on the banks of the beautiful Heul river in the foothills of the Himalayas. The campsite hosts 10 deluxe Swiss tents and 10 deluxe cottages that open to a mango grove and a gorgeous flower garden. Your campsite is spacious and green, and has outdoor activities like volleyball, cricket, football, and badminton, and you can also try your hand at waterfall rappelling and rock climbing.

    Rules on the trip

    Smoking, chewing tobacco or consuming alcohol is prohibited before rafting in Rishikesh.

    Littering at the campsite or near the water bodies is strictly prohibited.

    You must adhere to the instructions of the instructor at all times.

    Cancellation policy

    For cancellations made 0-5 days before departure of the Rishikesh rafting trip: No refund.

    For cancellations made more than 5 days before departure of the Rishikesh rafting trip: 75% of the trip cost will be refunded, minus any transaction charges.

    In case of injury, damage to self or property or death, the operator will not be held responsible.

    Rafting in Rishikesh is arranged considering normal weather. In case of cancellation of any event due to reasons beyond control such as natural calamities, riots, political uncertainty, public transport failure etc, refund shall be payable with respect to the given refund policy.

    There will be no refunds or discounts given for services unused or missed due to traveller's own fault, negligence or breach of terms.

    The campsite has no designated parking space and vehicles will have to be parked near the roadhead

    Children below the age of 6 years will have complimentary stay.

    Children between the age of 6-10 years will be charged INR 1050 and are not allowed for rafting.

    Children aged 11 years and above will be charged the full trip amount.

    All participants are requested to carry a valid ID proof and produce it whenever required.

    A doctor on call is available at the campsite.

  • Day 1 of Rishikesh rafting: Check in

    You’ll check into your campsite at 12:00 hours and will be shown to your deluxe A/C cottages. After freshening up, you will head to the dining area for a delicious buffet lunch. After that, you can try your hand at the fun-filled outdoor activities the campsite has to offer: play cricket, badminton or volleyball, or go for a sunset hike to explore the scenic wilderness that surrounds the campsite. You’ll return to the campsite in the evening where a blazing bonfire awaits you, with light snacks to whet your appetite. You’ll dig into a delicious dinner before retiring to your comfortable cottage. Overnight stay in deluxe air-conditioned cottage.

    Day 2 of Rishikesh rafting: Rafting on river Ganga

    Wake up to a pleasant morning and go for a walk, and then enjoy a hearty breakfast. After that, it's time to pack up and check out of the campsite. You'll head for your rafting session, and will battle the raging rapids. Your rafting stretch takes you from Shivpuri to NIM beach. At the end, you'll do some cliff-jumping and body surfing, before you're dropped off at NIM beach. Trip ends here.

    Overnight stay in air-conditioned deluxe cottage.

    You'll sleep in an air-conditioned deluxe cottage on twin or triple sharing basis. Each cottage has a soft bed, with blankets and pillows. Your cottage is also equipped with an attached western-style washroom, fan, plug points and power supply. For lunch you will be served mushroom matar, rajma, seasonal vegetable, raita, chapati, rice, salad, papad and pickle.
