    Bring in the New Year 2019 at a campsite in the heart of Rishikesh. On the night of 31st, you’ll enjoy a grand bonfire with live music and delicious snacks. You’ll welcome the new year with a countdown to midnight and a stunning show of fireworks in the night sky.

    Your rafting stretch on the first day of the new year 2019 takes you over 16 kms of rapids from Shivpuri to Nim beach. You'll conquer some of the most exciting rapids, with quirky names like Return to Sender, Roller Coaster, Club House, Double Trouble and Jail No Bail. At the end, you'll dive into the cool waters and have some splashing fun while body surfing in the calmer section of the Ganges.

    Your campsite for the New Year 2019 Rishikesh rafting trip is located on the banks of the Heule, a tributary of the Ganges. You’re surrounded by nature, and you have plenty to do here: from short hikes in the wilderness, taking dips in a splashing waterfall, or playing volleyball, cricket, badminton, or football at the campsite.

    You'll be accommodated in deluxe Swiss tents with an attached washroom and comfortable beds with blankets, bed sheets and pillows.

  • Day 1 of New Year 2019 Rishikesh rafting trip: Check-in and enjoy!

    Arrive at your campsite by noon and check-in to your tents. After a delicious lunch, you can try your hand at fun-filled adventure activities like rock climbing and rappelling. In the evening, a blazing bonfire awaits you, with light snacks to whet your appetite. You’ll dig into a delicious dinner before retiring to your comfortable tents. Overnight stay in Swiss tents at Rishikesh.

    You'll check into a comfortable twin or triple sharing Swiss tent. The tent has soft beds, attached Western-style bathroom, fan and charging points, and cosy blankets and pillows. Today you'll be served the following meals: lunch (mushroom matar, rajma, seasonal vegetable, raita, chapati, rice, salad, papad and pickle), bonfire snacks (mix vegetable pakoda, peanut chat/chana chat, papad and salad) and dinner (chicken curry/paneer curry, dal, chapati, jeera rice, sweet dish, salad, papad and pick

    For any cancellations made after booking the New Year 2019 Rishikesh rafting trip: no refund.

    Rules on trip

    Travellers younger than 14 years of age are strictly not allowed to participate in rafting.

    Travellers are required to follow instructions of the rafting instructor while rafting in Rishikesh.

    Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing general disturbance.

    Consumption of alcohol, drugs and tobacco products like cigarettes is strictly prohibited during the New Year 2019 Rishikesh rafting trip.

    Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions

    Bookings for children younger than 6 years of age are not charged. An extra bed will not be provided. Bookings for children between the ages of 6-12 years is charged at a discount of 50%. Bookings for children older than 12 years is charged at full price.

    This New Year 2019 Rishikesh rafting trip is for couples, families, children and mixed groups. All male groups are not allowed at the campsite.

    Rafting in Rishikesh is a water-dependent activity. The tour operator will not be responsible for last minute cancellation of the rafting trip due to inadequate or unsuitable water or weather conditions.

    The tour operator reserves the right to alter or cancel the itinerary of the New Year 2019 Rishikesh rafting trip to maximize the safety of travellers and staff. Any costs arising due to such a change in the itinerary are borne by the traveller.
