Sign up for a short fun Try Dive in Neil Island, even if you don't know how to swim! This 30 minute scuba dive is the best way to get your first scuba experience. You'll learn the basics of scuba diving and how to use the gear underwater.

You'll be briefed by your instructor, and will have some time to practise your skills in shallow water where you get accustomed to using your gear. After this, you'll set out in a boat to the dive spot, where the fun begins! You'll dive to a depth of 40 feet/12 metres, and will remain underwater for 30 minutes.

NOTE: This Try Dive takes place in Neil Island and can only be done by those staying here.

Destination

Located in Ritchie's Archipelago, Neil Island is about 36 kms from the coast of Port Blair. The island has beautiful white sand beaches and coconut trees above land, and underwater, it offers craggy rock formations and clear blue water for divers to enjoy. With many unexplored reefs and pristine sea bed, you'll be treated to sights of rare marine creatures, schools of tropical fish and hopefully, sea turtles.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel or don't show for this scuba diving in Neil Island: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded, minus any transaction charges.

Rules on trip

Your instructor will brief you before the Try Dive in Neil Island begins. Please strictly adhere to the instructions.

Do not touch, tease, break or collect coral pieces, shells, or seaweed during scuba diving in Andamans.

Do not swim away from your group or try to dive on your own.

Do not consume any form of alcohol or drugs before the scuba diving in Neil Island. If the instructor believes you to be under the influence, you will not be allowed to dive.

Participants will have to fill a Medical Form before undertaking the scuba diving in Neil Island.
