Cancellation policy
If you cancel your reservation 60 days or more before your trip commencement date, we will retain 30% of the trip cost and any bank charges incurred by us.
If you cancel your reservation less than 60 days before your trip commencement date for single or group bookings or 90 days before your package commencement date for full boat charters we reserve the right to compensate for lost bookings by retaining all payments.
If a trip is cancelled by Infiniti, we will offer you the choice of an alternative trip on another boat/ resort, or another date, a credit note, or a full refund of the trip price less bank fees. We are not responsible for losses due to changes in hotel bookings or flights etc. We strongly recommend all guests have cancellation insurance.
Rules on trip
Do not consume alcohol, drugs or medication before or between any dives.
Do not conduct decompression - or penetration dives.
Do not dive deeper than 40 meters and not longer than 60 minutes.
Familiarize yourself with all rental equipment.
Follow all instructions from your divemaster.
Never dive alone and if you get separated from your buddy you will ascend after a 1-minute search.
Do not dive with a cold or if I feel sick.
Do not dive if you are pregnant.
Do not wait longer than 18 hours before flying.
Do not wear gloves during the dive.
Do not touch or chase any animals.
Do not deliberately touch any corals on the reef.
Do not damage the reef with fins or other equipment.
Do not hold onto, rest upon, stand or kneel on any part of the coral reef.
Do not not throw garbage into the ocean.
Do not collect any corals or shells etc.
Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions
Please note that the islands of Barren and Narcondam are remote are uninhabited. The Infiniti will organise all essentials for everyone’s comfortable stay, however there may be no cellular network for a few days. The Infiniti will maintain limited contact with mainland office over a one-way satellite messaging, so our office can be contacted by friends or family if needed.
Andaman Islands belong to the country India. A visa to India is required. eVisa on arrival is available (at key mainland India airports) for visitors from many countries. Travellers should have a passport validity date of at least six months from arrival into India.
Andaman Islands are a restricted area and foreigners require a Restricted Area Permit to visit here, for security reasons. It is easily available by filling a form on arrival at Port Blair airport, and allows a stay of upto 30 days, extendable by another 15 days.
