• Trip introduction

This PADI Scuba Diver certification course is your first step to amazing underwater adventures! If you enjoy snorkelling or have been on a Try Dive or Discover Dive before and enjoyed it, you'll love the Scuba Diver course. You'll learn the basic skills and techniques you need to dive deep into a magical world of coral and brightly coloured fish. You'll learn both by video and self-study, and will understand how scuba diving equipment works. You'll be able to practise all your new skills in shallow water, at your own speed, before you head out for a thrilling dive in open water, where you can go as deep as 12 metres or 40 feet, under the guidance of an instructor. During these two days, you will do 3 shallow water dives and 2 open water dives.

Note: For this PADI Scuba Diver course, you need adequate swimming skills and should be in good physical health.

The divecenter is situated on Beach no. 3, Havelock Islands, a heaven for divers in the Andaman belt. The Andaman Sea offers one of the highest counts of fish and coral species on the planet. You'll be swimming alongside a mind-boggling array of fish and a profusion of healthy, colourful coral.

You'll have plenty of time to get comfortable with your equipment and feel secure breathing underwater, and you won't be rushed to complete the course if you're not ready. It's a peaceful 2-day adventure in the tropical waters of the the Andaman islands. And after successfully completing this course, you'll receive a certification card from PADI, one of the largest diver training agencies in the world.
