    During this road trip, you will embark on an itinerary that combines sightseeing trips to such monasteries with a journey through the stark and imposing landscapes of Spiti. You will travel through high-altitude mountain passes offering breathtaking views to explore quaint villages brimming with local tradition and hospitality.

  • Day 1 of the Spiti Valley road trip: Chandigarh to Narkanda

    Arrive in Chandigarh and meet your fellow travellers and your tour guide. You'll board a vehicle and begin your road trip to today's destination of Narkanda. The drive takes you past scenic villages of Chail and Kufri, with sprawling apple orchards on either side of the road. Overnight in a guesthouse at Narkanda.

    Arrive in Chandigarh and travel to Narkanda. You'll spend the night in a guesthouse at Narkanda. Today's meal package includes dinner only. En route, you'll stop at villages like Chail and Kufri, where you can have lunch at your own expense.

    For cancellations made more than 45 days before departure of the Spiti Valley road trip: 90% refund.

    For cancellations made between 16-45 days before departure of the Spiti Valley road trip: 80% refund.

    For cancellations made between 8-15 days before departure of the Spiti Valley road trip: 75% refund.

    For cancellations made between 4-7 days before departure of the Spiti Valley road trip: 50% refund.

    For cancellations made less than 4 days before departure of the Spiti Valley road trip: no refund.

    In case of show: no refund.

    All refunds will be processed after deducting a transaction fee of INR 200 per person. This fee is charged by The Great Next.

    Rules on trip

    Travellers are required to follow instructions of the tour guide during the Spiti Valley road trip.

    Consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited during the trip. Travellers suspected of intoxication will not be allowed to participate in the trip.

    Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing general disturbance.

    Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions

    Spiti Valley is located at an altitude with low internet connectivity and moderate road access/availability of services. Travellers are advised to take such circumstances under consideration before booking this Spiti Valley road trip.

    The tour operator takes utmost care to ensure safety of the travellers and shall not be held responsible for any mishap or accident during the trip.

    The tour operator reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary of this trip due to bad weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances to ensure maximum safety of travellers and staff. Additional costs arising from such a change in the itinerary will be borne by the traveller.
