Rules on the trip
Travellers are required to sign a liability and indemnity form before the Open Water Diver course in Udupi.
Travellers are required to adhere to instructions of the dive instructor during the trip.
Consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited during the trip.
Travellers are requested to treat the local culture with respect and avoid littering, defacing property and monuments and causing general disturbance.
For cancellations made 15 days or more before departure of the Udupi Open Water Diver course: 75% refund.
For cancellations made less than 15 days before departure of the Udupi Open Water Diver course: No refund.
No show: No refund.
Drop-outs on Day 1 of the Udupi Open Water Diver course: 65% refund.
Drop-outs on Day 2 of the Udupi Open Water Diver course: 50% refund.
Drop-outs on Day 3 or 4 of the Udupi Open Water Diver course: No refund.
Unsuccessful completion of the course due to failed swim test or medical check-up: No refund.
All refunds will be processed after deducting any transaction charges.
Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions
As part of the course, travellers are required to swim for 200 meters and float for 10 minutes.
Travellers will be sent a medical questionnaire, after confirmation of the booking. Depending on the answers, travellers may be required to obtain documented doctor's clearance allowing them to participate in scuba diving. This allows dive instructors to customize your experience and ensure your safety.
The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or alter the itinerary of the Open Water Diver course in Udupi to ensure maximum safety for travellers as well as staff.
Travellers will be required to bear any additional costs arising due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, natural calamities etc.
