Rules on the trip
You must adhere to the instructions of the dive instructor at all times.
All equipment for the SSI Open Water Diver (OW) course in Andamans will be provided by the operator and participants must use them with care.
Participants must not be absent for any module of the scuba diving course in Andamans. If you miss/fail to complete any of the sections of the course, you cannot be awarded the SSI Open Water Diver (OWD) course certification. There will be no refunds in this case.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited during the SSI Open Water Diver (OWD) course in Havelock.
Touching or teasing marine life, harming corals, collecting shells or corals is strictly prohibited while scuba diving in Havelock.
Cancellation policy
The cancellation policy is as follows:
If you cancel the SSI Open Water Diver (OWD) course 30 days or more before the departure date: 100% of the trip cost will be refunded, minus any transaction charges.
If you cancel the SSI Open Water Diver (OWD) course between 29 to 7 days before the departure date: 50% of the trip cost will be refunded, minus any transaction charges.
If you cancel the SSI Open Water Diver (OWD) course less than 7 days before the departure date: No refund.
No show: No refund.
No refund is given for cancellations on any bookings made for dates between December 15-January 15.
Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions
All participants will be required to sign an indemnity form before starting the SSI Open Water Diver (OWD) course in Andamans.
All participants will receive a detailed medical form which will have to be filled before undertaking the scuba diving course in Andamans. If the participants answer 'Yes' to any of the questions, they will have to get a doctor's clearance for the same. This form helps the diving instructors and staff to be better prepared and help you get a personalised experience.
Please leave enough time between your arrival in Havelock and your dive activity. It is not recommended to catch a flight within 24 hours of your last dive.
