Rules on the trip
Consumption of liquor, drugs, tobacco products, cigarettes etc. is strictly prohibited during the camp.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for participants who litter, deface property or monuments, or cause general disturbance. Any flouting of these rules will be dealt with seriously, and may involve expulsion from the trek or camp, and no refund is admissible in such cases.
The cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made 0-7 days before departure of the Kalsubai trek: No refund, even if you have booked 0-7 days before departure.
Cancellations made 8-15 days before departure of the Kalsubai trek: 50% of the trip cost will be refunded minus any transaction charges.
Cancellations made 16-21 days before departure of the Kalsubai trek: 75% of the trip cost will be refunded minus any transaction charges.
Cancellations made 21 days or more before departure of the Kalsubai trek: Total trip cost will be refunded minus any transaction charges.
Additional instructions, booking policies, terms and conditions
During the camps or treks, the participants shall abide by the instructions and decisions of the camp director.
In case of any medical ailments, disorders etc. which the participants are suffering or have suffered from, it is his/her responsibility to inform the organizers in advance, before commencement of the camp or trek.
The operator will not be responsible for any losses incurred for any train/air/bus/taxi bookings, hotel bookings or extension to the camp done by clients/participants (either independently or through the operator) due to cancellation of the event. Fees accepted as event charges only will be refunded.
