Embark on a night trek to Skandagiri for an adventure-packed trek under the cover of a dark night. En route, you'll climb over rocks and boulders on a mountainous trail as you explore the rocky terrain of the forest all around you. The trail will lead you to several vantage points along the way that give you surreal views of the nocturnal landscape. As the sun begins rising in the sky, you'll reach Skandagiri to get spectacular views of the Nandi Hills and explore the old ruins of the fort that once stood at the peak.

Located near the Nandi Hills, a short 2-hr drive away from Bangalore, the Skandagiri mountain stands tall at an altitude of over 4,700 feet. The mountain was once the site of a mighty fort built by Tipu Sultan back in the 17th century. Today, the mountain remains a popular destination for short overnight or day treks from Bangalore. The ruins of the old fort, along with an ancient temple, are fascinating attractions as well. Skandagiri is also one of the best places around Bangalore to catch beautiful views of the morning sunrise.

Meet your fellow trekkers at one of the several pick-up points located in Bangalore. From here, you'll be travelling to the base village of the Skandagiri trek in a non-AC vehicle. A 2-hr drive later, you'll arrive at base village of the trek and spend some time resting in the vehicle. Soon, you'll begin the trek to Skandagiri. The trail takes you through the rocky terrain of the forest, under the darkness of the night. En route, you'll encounter several vantage points that give you surreal views of the nocturnal landscape. Keeping a steady pace, you'll trek to the top of Skandagiri.
Spend some at the summit, take photographs of the valley, rest after an exhausting adventure. Soon, as the sun keeps climbing higher in the sky, you'll turn back and retrace your steps back to Bangalore. Subject to traffic conditions, the vehicles will drop you back to Bangalore by 14:00 hrs.

For cancellations made less than 3 days before departure of the Skandagiri trek: no refund.
In case of no show: no refund.
