This 6-day, action-packed itinerary combines the delights of a road trip in Ladakh, the excitement of a 5-hr trek in the Sham Valley and the adrenaline-rush of rafting on the Zanskar River. Your adventure begins with a beautiful drive from Leh, offering dramatic views of the barren landscape. Soon, you'll find yourself climbing in the Ladakhi mountains on a short trek from Hemis to Tingmosgang. Before your trip ends, you'll also go rafting and ride the rapids of the Zanskar River at Leh.

Please note that a minimum of 4 travellers are required to book this Sham Valley adventure.

Sham Valley is a relatively unexplored destination in Ladakh, hidden away from the throng of tourists that arrive in Leh each year. The valley is surrounded by high-rising mountains, painted in all shades of brown and grey. Small villages settled by local natives add a flair of culture and tradition with small monasteries and fluttering prayer flags. Nearby, the gushing Zanskar River flows with a roar, making its way down from the melting glaciers to the flatlands.
