Pritam Hotel is one of the biggest landmarks in Dadar East, and can be easily reached by local transport like cab, bus, or local train.
The Gorakhgad Fort trek is the perfect one for trekkers looking for a bit of a challenge. There are craggy pinnacles at the top that are begging to be climbed, and you might have to rope up for some sections. The three-hour trek to the pinnacle takes you through green-covered trails, past waterfalls, and gives you a chance to explore the caves at the top. It's not a very difficult trail, but the rock-climbing can be tough, although not technical.
Located at an altitude of 2137 feet, the Gorakhgad Fort is one of the lesser-known forts in Maharashtra. The fort is not historically very important, but the trek attracts adventure-seekers looking for a less crowded trail. From the pinnacles of this fort, you can see cloudy horizons and views of Ahupe Ghat, as well as the forts of Siddhagad and Machchindragad.
