Jambhulmal, the highest point in Mumbai, is located inside the protected forests of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. From the top, you can get panoramic view of the three great lakes of Mumbai – the Powai Lake, Tulsi Lake and Vihar Lake. Accessible via a narrow trail inside the national forest, Jambhulmal offers some of the best views of the city from an altitude of 1,535 feet.

Arrive at the Sanjay Gandhi National Park gate by 07:00 hrs. Here, you'll meet your fellow trekkers and the trek leader. After breakfast at the Nature Information Centre, you'll board a private bus or van that will drive you to the Kanheri Caves inside the national park. You'll begin trekking from the Kanheri Caves after a short briefing session about the trek route. En route, spot local species of birds and explore native wildlife. You'll arrive at the highest point of the trek after a relatively easy trek. Spend some time here admiring the morning views of the city. After a packed lunch at the highest point, resume trekking and descend back to Kanheri Caves. You'll board the vehicle and travel back to the gate of the national park. Your trip ends here.

Your trip begins from the main gate of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park by 07:00 hrs. Travel to Kanheri Caves will be arranged in private bus or van. Today's meal package includes breakfast and lunch. Breakfast will be at the Nature Information Centre while a packed lunch will be served at Jambhulmal.
