IMPORTANT: This is a custom trip and requires a minimum of 4 travellers to book the trip.

    Destination

The Kumaon region is on the border of Tibet and India, and you'll see both cultures intermingling in a heady mix here. You'll be staying at the villages of Paliu, Sokyatal and Deora, and visiting Jageshwar temple and Kasara Devi temple in Almora. You'll also get to see spectacular views of the peaks of Nanda Devi, Kamet, Trishul, Panch Chuli and Nanda Kot.

This region is always beautiful for a relaxed adventure like this. Spring brings with it a burst of life, with budding fruit trees, little lambs and calves, and blossoming red rhododendrons. While the autumn months are a tale of golden sunrises, ripening cherries and cosmos flowers, the winter months offer crisp blue skies with sweet-smelling mimosas lining the trail.
